Exchange & Replacement Policy
Products can be exchanged within 7 to 15 days of purchase with original receipt and tags intact.

Customers must send the items for exchange within 7 to 15 days of receiving them.
No requests will be accepted after this period.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers will bear delivery charges for exchanging size or article.

Kiddles follows a No Refund Policy, but in case of a factory-defected or damaged item, we will replace it (must be reported within 7–15 days).

Once approved, you may select another item of equal value from the website.
