Return Policy – Kiddles

Kiddles follows a ‘No Refund’ policy, except in cases where the product is received defective or damaged.
There is no exchange on items that are on 50% off.

All approved claims for defective products will be processed within 14 working days. Once your claim is accepted, you may choose any other article of equal value from the Kiddles website.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges when sending items back.

Kiddles does not offer any “Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.


Important Conditions:

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered will not be exchanged.

  • Tags and labels must be intact.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen brightness, contrast, and resolution; such variations will not qualify for an exchange.

  • Summer stock will only be exchanged with summer items, and winter stock only with winter items.
