FAQ's – Kiddles

In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can receive Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) within 10 days of receiving your order.


What is Online Store Credit?

Online Store Credit allows you to return your purchase and use the same amount for a later order from Kiddles.

How does this work?

Simply email us at Kiddlespk2@gmail.com and request an exchange. Our team will guide you through the entire process.
Don’t forget to mention your Order ID in the email.


Till when can I claim this?

You must send your request within 10 working days of receiving your order.
No requests will be accepted after 10 days.


How do I send the item back?

Once your request is approved, you will courier the item back to us.
We will share the complete details via email.


What about shipping costs?

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • If the item was damaged upon delivery

  • If the wrong item was delivered

  • If promotional free shipping was being offered

In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.


What is the refund policy for paid orders?

After complete verification, refunds will be processed within 14–16 working days.


Is there an alternate option?

Yes! You can visit our Kiddles outlet in Karachi, choose another item of the same value, and settle any price difference on the spot.
Please bring your original receipt with you.


Does this apply to items bought on sale?

No. Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.


What about International Orders?

Currently, Kiddles does not offer refunds or exchanges for international orders.


What if I want to cancel an order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing:

Important Notes:

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered will not be exchanged.

  • Tags and labels must remain intact.

  • Summer items will only be exchanged with summer stock, and winter items with winter stock.

  • No inter-brand exchanges are allowed.


What if the brand cancels the order?

Kiddles reserves the right to cancel any order due to valid reasons such as stock unavailability or system errors.
